Celebrating Design Excellence at Design Outlook 2024
Valiant Events were proud to work with Frank Wild and to have been a part of the prestigious Design Outlook 2024 (DO24) conference, supplying high-quality furniture that enhanced the event's aesthetic and functionality. Our interiors team had the privilege of attending this remarkable event, experiencing firsthand the vibrant exchange of ideas and innovations in the design world.
Celebrating, Supporting and Growing Design in Australia
We are proud to support and grow the design industry in Australia, a mission that resonates deeply with our values. Loved by designers from more than 150 leading organisations, DO24 provided a platform where creativity, sustainability, accessibility, and diversity converged to create an unparalleled experience.
This year's theme, High Fidelity, celebrated design in its truest form, acknowledging the beauty in imperfections. Design Outlook aims to celebrate that every designer and their work are individual and distinct. The conference was a visceral experience that no design discipline wanted to miss, offering multiple presentations, workshops and masterclasses that provided ample opportunities for learning and networking.

To ensure that the focus remained on the speakers and presenters, a neutral colour palette was carefully curated. This choice allowed the speakers and presenters to take centre stage, ensuring that their messages and insights were highlighted without distraction. The understated elegance of the neutral tones created a perfect backdrop that complemented the dynamic energy of the presentations.
One of the highlights of DO24 was its commitment to sustainability. As the most sustainable design conference in the region, DO24 set a benchmark by producing minimal waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
We proudly contributed to this by using many pieces from our eco-friendly ranges, such as the Sierra Armchair and Sofa; Cresence Bar Stools, and Reforastone Coffee Tables, to name a few. This aligns perfectly with out own sustainability initiatives at Valiant, where we continuously strive to reduce our environmental impact and support sustainable design solutions.
