GENERAL
What locations does Valiant service?
Valiant operates warehouses in NSW/ACT, VIC, and QLD, serving the east coast of Australia. Our services extend to surrounding areas with additional delivery fees.
What is your standard delivery and collection hours?
Our standard hours are Monday to Saturday 6am - 6pm. All deliveries and collections outside these hours will incur additional fees.
Can I collect my items from my local Valiant's warehouse?
Valiant offers dry hire on certain items within our range. All dry hire items need to be collected and returned in a covered vehicle with suitable packaging to ensure items aren’t damaged. Ropes and blankets are recommended by our operations teams. A dry hire fee applies to allow our team to prepare the goods for hire and any damages.
Do you offer the same range across all three states?
Valiant offers various ranges across all three states. Our range is housed in our warehouses located in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Stock is subject to availability within a particular state's warehouse.

What does Valiant offer on short notice?
All of our event furniture is available for as little as 1 day hire and can be hired direct from our online hire shop. Our residential and commercial workplace range is available for long-term rental only and requires at least two weeks notice.
Does your labor fee include setup?
Valiant freight fees include delivery, set up, cleaning, and collection of hired items.
Can I buy furniture from Valiant?
Valiant coordinates own outright packages for Residential and Commercial projects. Choose between; own outright or Lease-to-Own packages. We can help to populate a full FF&E schedule and project manage your installation from one of our warehouses.
What is your cancellation policy?

How does Valiant minimise waste during the manufacturing process?
Valiant’s procurement team works closely with our suppliers to reduce waste in a few ways, including providing a preferred packaging list to all suppliers to minimise the use of single use or non-recyclable protective packaging, and capturing any leftover, unused fabrics and repurposing for cushions, bedheads and local re-upholstery projects.
What do you do with products at the end of their lifecycle?
Valiant products are designed to last. When products are eventually deranged, they have four possible onward journeys; donation to one of our charity partners furnishing accommodation for families fleeing domestic violence, refurbishment and resale via our partner, Circonomy, resale at auction via our partner auction houses, or componentry recycling.
How does Valiant ensure that your end of life furniture is responsibly disposed of?
All end of life furniture is sorted into usability, if the product is still usable, it is donated to one of our charity partners Lady Musgrave Trust (QLD), City West Housing (NSW) or You Matter (VIC). We also have a partnership with Circonomy which collects pieces to be re-homed.

What types of events do you service?

We offer event furniture hire and styling across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and surrounding regions.
Do you offer event styling or just hire?
Both! You can hire individual pieces, or partner with our expert stylists to bring a complete vision to life — from concept to install.
Can you help with custom builds or signage?
Yes. We offer bespoke design and build services for custom plinths, signage, backdrops, and immersive brand environments.
How sustainable is your event furniture hire?
Sustainability is core to what we do. We’re aCertified B Corporationand proudly 100% carbon neutral across all deliveries and offer furniture made from recycled materials. We have now introduced ourCarbon Calculator, so that you're able to track, measure and offset the carbon emissions with every order.
How early should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons, but we’re known for making last-minute events happen too.
What is the hire period?
The minimum hire period is one day, there is no maximum hire term. Please contact our team to discuss long term hire.

How much will it cost to style and furnish my property?
The cost to style your property is determined by the scale of your project. Get in touch with our team below for a hassle-free consultation.

How long will it take to get my property styled?
Delivery and installation timeframes can vary depending on the size of the project, and inclusions within your package. Leasing offers you upfront stock availability, as we store our ranges within our 5 warehouse in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. If you are after a particular timeframe to suit your current project, please get in touch and one of our specialists can assist you.
How long can I rent the furniture for?
Furniture leasing can start from 1 month with the option to extend. There is no maximum term, with lease-to-own and purchase package options available.
What sustainability practices or eco-friendly options are integrated into the Valiant furniture leasing services?
Valiant is a Certified B Corporation and Australia's first 100% Carbon Neutral furniture and styling company, offsetting all deliveries. From protecting our furniture and accessories in recycled plastic, taking a Circular Economy Approach, and having an eco-friendly furniture line upholstered in fabric made from 100% recycled plastic, sustainability is a way of life.
Can I choose specific pieces of furniture?
Our experienced interior designers and stylists will select pieces from our extensive range of rental furniture based on your specific project needs.

Our full-service property styling package includes everything you need to present your home at its best:
- A complimentary consultation with one of our experienced property stylists
- Site visit and assessment
- A tailored quote and design proposal for both long-term hire (3+ months) and purchase options
- Stylist-led furniture and accessory selection from our extensive warehouse
- Full service operations including warehousing, delivery, installation, and post-campaign collection (or extension if needed)
- Complete home styling – including furniture, accessories, artwork, lighting, and greenery

What is the process of styling my residential property?
Styling your home with Valiant is a streamlined, hassle-free experience. To see our process, refer to the How It Works section.
All you need to do? We ask that the property is completely vacated, clean, and empty before installation. This ensures our stylists can create a cohesive and well-balanced design that enhances the space and flow of the home.
Can external stylists hire furniture from Valiant or collaborate with your team on projects?
Valiant does not hire out furniture to external stylists or work in collaboration with them. All styling and furniture hire services are delivered exclusively by our in-house team to ensure a consistent standard of quality, design integrity, and seamless end-to-end service for our clients.
