At Urbanity 2025, Valiant proudly partnered as the official furniture supplier, curating a selection that seamlessly brought the 'Modern Retreat' concept to life. Drawing from a palette of tranquil greens, earthy neutrals, and natural textures, each zone was thoughtfully styled to blend functionality with calm sophistication.

Guests were welcomed at the registration area framed by our curved service bars and grid screens, setting the tone with understated structure and form. The main stage featured our plush Monty armchairs and Audrey side tables, offering relaxed, design-led comfort for keynote sessions. Outside on the terrace, the Reeves folding tables and dining chairs provided a casual, sunlit spot for networking — their tonal finishes echoing the surrounding foliage.

Inside the marquee workshop zone, we created multiple flexible hubs using Dante Curved Tapas Tables, Bentwood Dining Chairs, Chloe Bar Stools, and Pillar Tapas Tables — blending natural curves with classic silhouettes. Lounging zones featured the Sierra Armchairs and sofas paired with Mila Coffee Tables, fostering conversation and retreat. Elevated breakout areas made use of the Audrey Bar Tables, Cresence Bar Stools, and Idra Tables and Stools — all in tones that complemented the earthy warmth of the overarching moodboard.

The result was a cohesive, multi-zoned environment that encouraged connection, reflection, and inspiration — with furniture that not only supported the conference experience but enhanced it.
