In commemorating our remarkable 19-year collaboration with Tennis Australia, we were honoured to undertake the furnishing and styling of a captivating courtside retreat at Albert Reserve for the Australia Open. This thoughtfully designed space served as a welcoming haven for players and guests, blending comfort, elegance, and a touch of Australian nostalgia.

Inspired by Australian Nostalgia and Natural Harmony

The design concept was rooted in Australian nostalgia, drawing from the rich tapestry of the country's landscapes and lifestyle. Warm terracotta hues and sun-kissed yellows paired effortlessly with timeless heritage greens and sage tones to evoke the essence of a serene summer's day. The palette was purposefully chosen to complement the vintage charm of the Albert Reserve clubhouse architecture while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding lush gardens.

Every design element was meticulously curated to strike the perfect balance between excitement and relaxation. From luxurious sofas to thoughtfully placed vases, accent pillows, and rugs, each piece contributed to a cohesive atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The result was a space that invited guests to unwind and connect, embodying the spirit of the Australian Open.

The hero pieces of the design included our:

- Percy Scalloped Umbrellas: Adding a playful yet sophisticated touch, these umbrellas provided shade and style, becoming an instant favourite for their charming aesthetic.
- Capri Outdoor Lounge: Offering flexible seating arrangements, these clusters combined casual comfort with contemporary elegance, encouraging guests to linger and relax.
- Sierra Collection: Renowned for its versatile design, the Sierra Collection brought a timeless sophistication that complemented both the heritage-inspired palette and the functional needs of the space.

Together, these elements transformed Albert Reserve into more than just a venue - it became a courtside oasis that perfectly encapsulated the vibrancy and elegance of the Australian Open. This project stands as a testament to Valiant's ability to create spaces that inspire and resonate, leaving a lasting impression on all who experience them.
