Tasked with furnishing and styling this luxurious new residence nestled in the heart of Brisbane, our interior styling approach was centered around creating a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort and functionality. Our mission was to ensure each space resonated with the grandeur of the property whilst catering to the lifestyle needs of potential buyers.

The interior styling of this residence was carefully curate to complement the luxurious finishes, including the light herringbone flooring, grey veined marble, dark cabinetry, and gold hardware.

To harmonise these design elements, our styling and furniture selections featured cream linen fabrics that soften the aesthetic, with light oak pieces add warmth and texture. Gold accents throughout the home echo the metallic details, while a palette of warm, rust tones paired with deep greys introduce depth and contrast, creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.

 With an impressive 5-bedrooms to style, we ensured a cohesive design was maintained throughout the residence, with each room offering a unique touch by highlighting either the lighter, or darker, aspects of the overall scheme.

 In collaboration with Emma Street Studio, we selected artwork to be featured in the entryway and upstairs hallway that made a bold statement whilst seamlessly enhancing the residence's luxurious yet inviting atmosphere.

 We worked closely with PPI Property Group to achieve a stylish yet functional space that perfectly highlights the home's existing luxurious finishes. The end result is a beautifully curated residence that seamlessly blends elegance and comfort, tailored to meet the lifestyle needs of potential buyers.
