The Catalina Residences embody the epitome of luxurious living, setting a groundbreaking standard in the idyllic coastal haven of Wynnum, Brisbane. With a vision of 'ultra-luxury', our stylist meticulously curated a seamless and expansive flow from the kitchen to the living area, extending effortlessly to the beautifully curved balcony. This was achieved through the careful selection of petite slimline furniture to create the illusion of spaciousness.

The use of light, neutral colours combined with white statement pieces create a timeless luxe feel. The bedrooms, adorned with crisp white linens, incorporated a pop of colour to the muted tones, including vibrant yellow to the master and dusty pink in the second bedroom.

This living space presented a unique challenge with its many sliding glass doors and only one wall. Through the artful placement of the lounge and entertainment unit, we succeeded in creating a visual narrative for potential buyers and allowing them to envision themselves living and entertaining within the space.
