4. Mirvac enlisted our expertise to furnish and style their recently constructed Riverlands Estate display home. This collaboration is a testament to our ongoing partnership, where we provide comprehensive furniture solutions for their display homes. Mirvac consistently opts for our Own Outright packages, allowing them to maintain ownership of the furniture for future developments.
5. Our mission was to create a display home that embodied the essence of their Riverland Estate, a property nestled within a beautiful suburban natural landscape. They envisioned a space that captured the tranquility and elegance of the surroundings, using their brand colours - lustrous teal, deep navy, and gold - as focal points throughout the home.

To reflect the natural beauty of the Riverlands Estate, we drew inspiration from the surrounding bushes and rivers. The color palette features soothing neutrals accented with teal, navy, and gold, bringing a sense of harmony and connection to the environment.

We selected high-quality, textured furniture pieces that exude warmth and sophistication. Key items, such as a curved sofa in the living area, were chosen to create an inviting, conversational space. The integration of bold, abstract artwork further enhances the visual appeal, aligning seamlessly with Mirvac's branding. Throughout the home, we incorporated curves in styling elements, furnishings, and art selections to echo the distinctive Riverlands branding.

This cohesive design approach ensures that each room tells its own story while maintaining a unified aesthetic.

Designed to showcase the potential for family life in Riverlands, the nursery and children's room feature playful and comforting elements; whilst the Master Bedroom reflects a sancturay of calm with soft colours and textured feature pieces.

The finished display home successfully embodies Mirvac's vision of modern elegance and family-friendly comfort. Each room is designed to inspire potential buyers, demonstrating the livability and warmth of the Riverlands Estate.
