With a focus on harmonising with the property's neutral palette, textured tiles, and fluid organic shapes, our styling decisions aimed to create a seamless visual journey throughout this sumptuous retreat Laya Villas by Comma Projects. Our styling decisions resonated with the neutral palette, textured tiles, and organic curves by creating a seamless journey throughout the home. Careful consideration was given to the furniture and decor selections to ensure they enhanced the remarkable fixtures and finishes of the property.

Through extensive discussions with Comma Projects to understand their vision and exchanging inspiration, we developed a tailored plan that allowed us to source items uniquely suited to this project. This collaborative effort resulted in achieving aesthetic excellence, ensuring that the property offers its owner a lifestyle characterised by both comfort and style.

We wanted to maintain a continuous "wow" factor for potential buyers, a challenge given the beautiful design of the down stairs open living area with its natural marble stone, expansive windows, feature fireplace and high ceilings. Extending this impact throughout the property, we curated a distinct atmosphere in the second living space, subtly different from the first, with plush furnishings and thoughtful touches to evoke a sense of home for prospective buyers.
