Piper

With a Bachelor of Design specialising in Interior Design from Whitehouse Institute of Design, Piper began her career at Freedom, working closely with designers, stylists and clients to shape the look and feel of their spaces. She joined Valiant as a Junior Interior Stylist and has since progressed into the role of Junior Interior Designer.

Piper is drawn to organic contemporary interiors, balancing curved forms, clean lines and tactile materials with moments of colour. She particularly enjoys transforming empty properties into spaces with personality and purpose, helping prospective buyers understand how each room can be used. Inspired by the outdoors, she often brings natural textures, light and relaxed coastal influences into her work.

Mithali

Mithali brings more than eight years of experience across interior design, furniture design and construction. Before relocating to Sydney, she owned and operated her own design studio overseas, developing a strong understanding of both creative direction and project management. Her experience also includes working with Coco Republic before joining Valiant in November 2025.

Her approach is grounded in modern contemporary design, with a focus on simplicity, functionality and considered styling. Mithali creates calm, warm and inviting spaces that respond to the client brief while helping buyers form an immediate emotional connection with a property.

Blog Square Mithali

“Design is deeply personal. A well styled space allows people to see not only the property, but the life they could create within it.”

Ksenia

Ksenia brings experience across property styling, interior design, content creation and supplier coordination. Her previous roles with MyPad Property Styling, Suzanne Robson Design, Cote Interiors and Style Statements and Co. have given her a broad understanding of the design process, from early concepts and material selections through to final styling.

She has completed qualifications through Sydney Design School and Whitehouse Institute of Design, with training in interior decoration, design fundamentals, technical drawing, furniture construction and three dimensional rendering.

Detail sits at the centre of Ksenia’s approach. She considers how textures are layered, how objects are positioned and how natural light interacts with a room to create spaces that feel complete rather than simply furnished. Influenced by photography, nature and travel, her work often combines warm timbers, stone and earthy tones with carefully placed moments of colour.

Isabelle

Isabelle began her professional interiors journey with Valiant, where she has developed practical experience in furniture selection, styling and the creation of thoughtfully curated spaces. She holds a Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration and a Bachelor of Interior Design specialising in Commercial Design from Torrens University.

Her preferred aesthetic is contemporary minimalism, defined by clean forms, balanced proportions and a sense of understated luxury. Isabelle is particularly drawn to curved silhouettes and natural materials, using them to introduce softness, warmth and fluidity into a space.

She believes styling is essential in helping buyers recognise a property’s full potential, creating both an immediate first impression and a lasting emotional connection.

“The most successful spaces feel refined without feeling impersonal, bringing together comfort, beauty and considered detail.”
