Valiant was proud to return as a furniture partner for Urbanity 2026 by The Urban Developer, held at The Star Gold Coast. Our ongoing partnership brought together both sides of the Valiant business, with our Interiors team attending the conference and our Events team furnishing key environments throughout the venue. From industry conversations and new connections to the delivery of functional, design-led event spaces, Urbanity provided a valuable opportunity to engage with Australia’s property and development community.

Connecting with Australia’s Property and Development Industry
Five members of our Valiant Interiors team attended the conference, connecting with developers, builders, architects and other industry professionals across the program. The discussions explored the evolving needs of Australia’s cities, including how people live, work and interact within residential, commercial and mixed-use environments. For our team, these conversations offered valuable insight into the priorities shaping the development sector and reinforced the importance of considered furniture solutions across display suites, build-to-rent developments, senior living, commercial spaces and residential projects.

The conference also created space for more focused discussions around project delivery, partnership models and the role furniture plays in supporting the long-term use of a development. By speaking directly with industry decision-makers, our team gained a clearer understanding of emerging project requirements, procurement considerations and the expectations shaping new residential and commercial environments. These conversations will help inform how Valiant Interiors continues to support clients with flexible, scalable furniture solutions tailored to each project stage.

Our Events division continued a partnership with The Urban Developer that has developed over several years, furnishing multiple spaces across the conference. Furniture was installed throughout the Main Stage, Market Hall, Valiant Lounge and Terrace, creating environments suited to presentations, networking, informal meetings and moments of pause between sessions.

From Furniture Selection to Final Placement
The installation featured a considered selection of Valiant pieces, including Mila, Monty, Chloe, Audrey, Monroe, the Cresence Armchair, Percy, Harper and Ombra, bringing a mix of colour, comfort and contemporary form to each setting. Behind the finished spaces was a coordinated effort from our operations, logistics and on-site teams, managing every stage from delivery and placement through to final presentation.
For Valiant Events, the partnership reflects our ability to deliver cohesive furniture environments across multiple spaces, supported by experienced teams and national operational capability.
