Designed by Fraser & Partners, The Queensbridge Building draws on Melbourne’s industrial character through a layered palette of stone, steel and warm materiality, balancing contemporary luxury with a strong sense of place. The precinct will also become home to the highly anticipated Hannah St Hotel, one of Melbourne’s most ambitious and design forward hospitality developments, currently shortlisted across multiple categories at The Urban Developer Awards. Its association with the broader development further positions Queensbridge as a defining destination within Melbourne’s evolving architectural and lifestyle landscape.

Our purchase package for Unit 5604 was curated to complement the residence’s refined architectural detailing, floor to ceiling glazing and elevated city outlooks. Soft tonal furnishings, sculptural forms and rich textural layering were selected to create a calm, sophisticated environment that feels both contemporary and deeply connected to Melbourne’s urban landscape.
