Sekisui House approached Valiant to style four display apartments within their Lumia development, each requiring a unique design approach to highlight its potential. Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all styling method, we collaborated with the client to create four distinctive interiors, ensuring that each apartment had its own character, atmosphere, and aesthetic appeal.

This apartment embodies a refined, sophisticated aesthetic, balancing deep, moody hues with cool-toned accents for a contemporary yet inviting space. The rich warmth of walnut timber contrasts against cooler textures, creating depth and intrigue. The master bedroom showcases this interplay beautifully, with a grey boucle bed frame and navy linen complementing walnut and travertine bedside tables. In the living area, a nesting ottoman and coffee table setup introduces a softer, more relaxed feel, paired with a deep navy rug to provide striking contrast. Throughout the second bedroom and study, light-toned furnishings are thoughtfully balanced with feature elements such as statement bedside lamps and a bold headboard, ensuring a cohesive yet layered design.
