To showcase the full potential of their Lumia development, Sekisui House partnered with Valiant to style four display apartments, each with a different design narrative. By tailoring each space with its own styling concept, we created a diverse yet harmonious collection of interiors, allowing potential buyers to envision how the apartments could suit different lifestyles and tastes.

Designed as a serene retreat, this apartment embraces natural textures and earthy tones to cultivate a calm, grounding atmosphere. The master bedroom is a true highlight, featuring an oversized, wall-to-wall headboard paired with soft gingham bedding for a relaxed yet refined aesthetic. In the living and dining areas, a palette of warm natural timbers, soft greens, and teals brings the space to life, with an abstract artwork serving as the hero piece. Subtle black accents, seen in the floor lamp and soft furnishings, provide a touch of contrast, enhancing the overall harmony. The bedrooms are enriched with vibrant bedding and textured cushions, drawing inspiration from nature’s palette to create a tranquil and inviting home.
