For this project, Sekisui House engaged Valiant to style four distinct display apartments within their Lumia development. To create a unique experience for potential buyers, each apartment was given an individual design concept, ensuring that every space felt thoughtfully curated and tailored. Our team worked closely with the client to bring these concepts to life, balancing functionality with design-led aesthetics.

A seamless blend of rich warmth and modern elegance, this apartment is defined by its luxurious palette of burgundy, maroon, and oak. Soft neutral tones set the foundation, while warm wood finishes and earthy hues create an inviting yet contemporary ambiance. The living and dining areas are anchored by a bold coffee table and complementary burgundy leather dining chairs, with curated artwork tying the palette together. In the bedrooms, rust and soft blush pink tones are layered with rounded headboards and plush textiles, enhancing the space with a sense of softness and warmth. This considered approach strikes the perfect balance between sleek sophistication and cozy comfort.
