Project Osprey draws inspiration from the natural beauty of Martha Cove, blending modern coastal living with luxury. The design incorporates a light, neutral palette with feature stones in chocolate and blue tones, reflecting the region’s landscape and creating a serene, high-end atmosphere.

Reflecting on the incredible architecture by Wolveridge Architects, we enhanced the soft curves of the facade and aimed to bring as much of the 'inside out' in. The base pallet for the design rested on neutral grounded materials linens, stones and natural warm timbers. We then captured a luxurious tone, by layering with rich velvets, chrome finishes, glass and glossy accessories, adding a sleek contemporary element.

Furniture choices balance style and comfort with clean lines and a minimalistic approach. Statement pieces, like sculptural chair and moulded sofa, serve as focal points, while the layout maximizes natural light and views, ensuring a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Curated artwork and accessories, reinforce the coastal theme and maintain an organic beauty throughout the apartment whilst redefining the coastal styling into a upmarket and contemporary portrayal.

In essence, Project Osprey combines a luxurious coastal aesthetic with modern sophistication, creating the ideal high-end retreat in Martha Cove.
