For specific purchases, we utilise a select pool of suppliers to cover everything from furniture, artwork, accessories, electrical items, feature lighting to window coverings.

Step 1: The Brief >
At the initial consultation, we get to know you and your project, including the scope budget and timeline. We also conduct a site inspection to get a sense of the space/s. From there, out team will discuss the potential options so we can arrange a quote that best suits your requirements.
Step 2: Quote and Concept >
Our team puts together a proposal which includes custom interior concepts and package and cost options.
Step 3: Item Selection/Procurement >
Once you’re happy with the proposal and give us the green light, we start sourcing your furniture and accessories.
Full purchase packages > our team handles the entire process including purchase and supplier liaison.
Full hire packages > Our styling team selects furniture and accessories from our extensive hire range.
Step 4: Warehousing of procured items >
For purchased items, we collect, inspect, and safely store your items in our warehouse until delivery.
Step 5: Delivery and Installation >
At the agreed delivery date, your items are packed and loaded on GPS-tracked trucks. An interior stylist supervises the entire process to ensure styling is on point and white glove treatment is given during installation.
Step 6: Pick-up (for any hired items) >
At the end of the hire period, our team picks up the items from the property.
