Frequently Asked Questions


Minimum order is $250+GST for the hire component only. This includes items you collect and return to our Valiant warehouse.  
 

All of our pieces have been carefully selected and procured by our stylists from our manufacturers and are not for individual sale.
 
Valiant Interiors Coordinates purchase packages for both Residential and Commercial projects. Your team can choose between; outright Purchase or Lease-to-own. We can help to populate a full FF&E schedule and project manage your installation from one of our warehouses. 
 

The delivery and labour cost are automatically calculated and included in the final cost at checkout. Deliveries and collections are made within normal business hours between 9 am and 3 pm in a business day, and additional fees will be charged if Hirer requests for deliveries or collections outside such normal business hours (such request must be given at least 3 business days prior to the proposed delivery/collection date).

The full payment for the Hire Period must be paid via credit card or EFT at least 72 hours prior to the date for the delivery/installation of the Goods. View full payment terms here.

The damage waiver is automatically calculated and added to your total at checkout. This payment allows us to repair our hire items ensuring each client receives quality hire pieces.

We have an extensive outdoor range to select from that can be used for both indoors and outdoor events. We do have a select indoor only range that you are unable to use for outdoor purposes.

The minimum hire period is one day, there is no maximum hire term. Please contact our team to discuss long term hire.

Dry hire refers to arranging your own pick-up and return.
