Circulate provides clients access to curated furniture solutions via a cost-effective subscription. Circulate is a collaborative partnership. As a subscriber, your business will be supported with flexible solutions as it scales and changes.
Where do you operate?
Circulate by Valiant is fully operational in Australia with our main offices located in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne. We are committed to providing our workplace services to businesses across the region.
What makes your furniture fully circular?
Our fully circular approach involves refurbishing and circulating furniture between businesses, extending its lifespan, and contributing to a sustainable, eco-friendly cycle. This aligns with our commitment to responsible resource management.
How adaptable is Circulate's service?
As your business expands or contracts you only use the furniture that you need. Avoiding expensive investment and providing flexibility to meet the evolving needs of your business.
What is not included in the subscription?
The subscription does not include fixed installations (e.g. kitchen or fixed lighting), IT and Tech infrastructure, merchandising and art. But we are happy to recommend selected partners that can help you in these areas.
What is the minimum subscription period?
The minimum subscription period is 3 months. There is no maximum subscription period
Can I purchase the furniture?
Valiant provides furniture procurement services and Furniture lease-to-own services. These services are separate to the Circulate service.
Does Circulate install all items on delivery?
Your Subscription starts when the furniture is delivered and installed.
How frequently can I change the furniture within my subscription?
Depending on your subscription term, we offer various options for flexibility.
Will you charge me for my changes?
Flexibility is built into your Circulate subscription term however if additional changes are required they are charged upon request. Our mapsii service can provide fact base utilisation reports to determine workplace performance.
What if my company moves to a new location?
When moving to a new space, the design and operations team will adapt your design and furniture solution to fit your new space and requirements.
Can I choose specific pieces of furniture?
Valiant will select furniture for your lease based on your specific project needs and timeline. We value our partnerships with reputable manufacturers aligning to our sustainability values.
